Dear P.A.M.P.A. Families,
 
We are pleased to announce that we have received a small shipment of H1N1 injectable vaccine in all four of our offices.  
 
Due to the limited number of doses received, we are currently scheduling appointments for only the following high risk categories:    
  • All children 6 months through 35 months of age.
  • All high risk children 4 years and older. (Children with asthma, diabetes and certain other health problems are considered high risk.)

The charge for the administration of the vaccine is $21 for patients for whom we do not file insurance.
 
We expect to receive the remainder of our seasonal injectable vaccine order by November 30 and will send an email notification as soon as it is delivered.   Although the state cannot tell us if we will receive any additional H1N1 vaccine, if received and we are able to accommodate additional groups of patients, we will send an additional email notification immediately.
