Dear P.A.M.P.A. Families,

P.A.M.P.A. is now offering an additional well-child visit at 30 months of age. This opportunity for additional developmental evaluation is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. At this visit, your pediatrician will review language and social development, behavior issues, and growth. Other health considerations at this visit include early education readiness for preschool or other programs, safety, nutrition, family routines, and dental health.

Since this is a new service, some insurance companies may not yet offer reimbursement for this service. We recommend that you check with your health insurance provider to determine your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. Please call your primary office today to schedule this important 30 checkup if your child is between the ages of 27-29 months of age.
