*** NEW PATIENTS SHOULD FIRST CONTACT OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER FOR THE PORTAL ***
You can use the portal for almost all non-urgent needs such as:
- viewing your child's upcoming appointments, medications, growth charts, vaccines
- requesting a medication refill
- asking a nurse or provider a question
Lab results will now be given through our portal, and we can also send most forms and documents through the portal for your convenience.
Messages will be returned Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Some Tips After You Are Registered
Adding a Patient
To add another patient after registration, you will need to have their pin numbers. Log into your portal account then select the "Add Child/Dependent" option under "My Account" on the top right of the page.
Editing Account Information
To edit your account information, go to "My Chart" on the left panel and select "Summary". From here there is an "edit" button that will allow changes.
Requesting Forms
If you need assistance requesting forms such as immunization certificates, school physical forms, or school medication forms, please send us a "General Message" with the request and we will reply with the appropriate document attached.
