To Help Provide Timely Service To Our Patients



We prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Well Child Visits

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health. Comprehensive health supervision is an important part of your child’s care. We are happy to address your concerns at this visit as they pertain to your child’s health and overall wellness. 

Sometimes, for your convenience, we may also address other issues that require significant medical decision-making including medication management. We are happy to accomplish these things in addition to the well visit and want you to be aware we are required to appropriately address and document this secondary issue which will be a separate visit where copays and deductibles may apply. 

For your insurance company, this care falls under “significant, separately identifiable evaluation and management by the same physician on the same day.”  If instead, you prefer for your provider to address the well visit or check up only, your provider can schedule a separate visit at another time to discuss your concerns. Examples of these issues might include ADHD, Anxiety, or Depression. 



Please feel free to discuss this with our office prior to your visit. Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
